Shipping
To see shipping charge, please put items in the basket and register as a customer.
Delivery
Normal delivery time is 4-14 business days, after we have received your order. In cases where a product must be ordered from the supplier, delivery time is slightly longer. This happens when an item is out of stock, or when we have to make a special order.
If the item(s) you ordered is sold out from our supplier, you will be contacted.
Notice of any deviation from the normal delivery time may take up to 3 business days depending on how busy we are at the moment, it could also be that we are awaiting replies from a supplier. You then of course have the right to waive or modify your order. Please call us if you feel unsettled. As of right now we are using UPS for all international parcels.

We have most of the products that appears in the web shop but not everything.
Customs
The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This can be duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is NOT a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges. If you have placed an order with HockeyMonkey.com, please contact HockeyMonkey.com.
If you live inside the European Union, no customs, duties or extra taxes will be added.
Due to Manufacturers Restrictions a limited number of Products may not be available for International Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders can only be placed via our web shop. You can always call us for guidance through the purchase on the site.
