Shipping, Price, Return Policys

1.      Prices

All prices include VAT at 25% (Supplements, 12% food, nutrition). For countries that are not members of the European Union prices are displayed without VAT,
please look up VAT costs according to the country's VAT qualifying conditions. At the confirmation of an order, prices can only be changed by circumstances
that HockeyMonkey Eu has no control of, such as significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT.
Charges for shipping will be according to the information in the web-shop, place an item in the cart, register with your country and you will be able to see the shipping-charge.
No other taxes, fees will add within Sweden / European Union.
For purchases from non-EU countries, please check what applies to your country about import duties / customs.
Note: Norweigan customers, Tax of 25% will be charged when the order is delivered.

2. Purchase

When ordering, agreement for the purchase is made only when HockeyMonkey Eu has confirmed the order through a mail order confirmation.
The order confirmation is generated automatically from our database without manual review.

If any errors, as an indication of price, inventory, delivery, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwords.
Hockey Monkey EU has up to 80% of the products in stock of what is shown in the webshop.
The customer is always contacted if an item is out of stock or late.
We at Hockeymonkey Eu always try to correct this by example, a change alt. upgrade of the product concerned.

3. Late Delivery 

If a delivery delay occurs we will notify you by e-mail alt. phone. You, the customer always have the right to cancel the purchase on delivery delays.
We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to complete the order for example, when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us.

Compensation is not payable in the event of late delivery.

 

4. Risks during the transportation
We provide the transportation risk from our warehouse to you (damaged or lost).
The customer takes the risk in the event returned to us.

5. Splitted Order
In Sweden: Would any of the items you ordered have significantly longer delivery time than other articles, we sometimes split your order.
As a customer you'll never pay more than the agreed initial shipment.
Other countries: Would any of the items you ordered have significantly longer delivery time than other articles we may sometimes split your order. Since we have higher rates when we send abroad we are forced to collect and send the order once it is complete. The customer is always contacted by HockeyMonkey Eu when a product is delayed or out of stock.

6.Payment
Online Payment is made in collaboration with DIBS Payment Services AB.
DIBS Payment Services AB guarantees that the customer's card information can only be read
by the payment and banking system - no one else!
HockeyMonkey Eu does not store any information relating to payment information.
We follow the distance purchase law (Swedish Law), the money will be reserved on your account.
We accept VISA & Mastercard.
No extra charge for card payments than specified on your order will add.
(For  non  European residents, VAT will add upon delivery – Please check with your local laws/rules)

7.Warranty info
Warranty according to consumer purchasing law (Swedish Law).
The warranty does not apply, misuse or damage caused by external damage.
(Warranty of composite sticks is 30 days & applies only for manufacturing defects)

8. Regreted order, returnable within 14 days

Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Swedish Law), customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you received the product and without specific reason.
Only if the product or product packaging is intact, is unused and not destroyed or damaged.
You may not use the product but of course, carefully examine it.
HockeyMonkey Eu applies "Distance and Doorstep Sales Law".
You, the customer is responsible for the return charges in every case.

To be able/approved to return your product/order, you need a Return/Exchange Form and  a Valid "RA" number (Return Authorization) by contacting HockeyMonkey Eu,
this because we need to know what product and why you want to return your product.
In this way, we can help you in the best way possbile when your returned item/product /order arrives.
The "RA" number must always be written on the package and the form putt inside the package.

Packages without a "RA" number and the "Return Form" will not be accepted by HockeyMonkey Eu
When e-mailing us, please remember to mention your order number in the "Subject"
ex. "Order Number # 352 433" (For best answers possible)
E-mails that does not have the order number in the subject will take longer to get to, order number in the subject will be high priority.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH SHIPPING LABELS ATTACHED DIRECTLY TO PRODUCT PACKAGING

9. Warranty Issues   
According to the consumer-purchase law (Swedish Law), you as a customer has a complaint right up to one year, after you receive your product.
HockeyMonkey Eu applies "Konsumentköplagen" guarantee (Swedish Law).

NOTE: It is important that you make a proper notification.    

Visible defects: Report directly to EuWarranty@monkeysports.com.
The packaging is saved to make a complaint to the post office for shipping damage.

Hidden defects: reported to EuWarranty@monkeysports.com within 3 days of receipt of goods.
A product which we believe is delievered or damaged we will replace.

10. Privacy, Security & Personal information.

When you place an order at www.hockeymonkey.eu we will store your personal information such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to meet our commitment to you.
We also document all communication that we have with you via e-mail, this to provide the service that you expect from us. Hockey Monkey EU will not disclose your personal information to third parties. To receive our newsletter, we will send you information and product offers to you via e-mail. This can be easily canceled via your customer account or through contact with us at hockey monkey EU. Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to have the information we have stored about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that information be corrected or removed.

11. Cookies

A cookie is a textfile sent from a website, such as HockeyMonkey Eu to your computer, where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text based cookie). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart while browsing around with us more. If your browser is set to reject cookies, you will not be able to make any order on our side. You can easily change this in the settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
