Your continued support allows us to purchase equipment in such large quantities that we can offer the lowest prices possible. We do not offer a price match guarantee at this time.
Prices at HockeyMonkey.eu® are subject to change, even when you thought our deals couldn't get any better!
The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. No adjustments are given once you have made your purchase.
Shipping Policy:
CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD:
Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time.
When the order has been sent out from our warehouse, you should recieve a mail with your tracking details of the package.
If you do not recieve any shipping confirmation, do not hesitate to contact us.
BILLING DISCREPANCIES:
Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; a fee of 50 SEK per package will be assessed for each address change once the order has left our Warehouse.
Accepted Terms Of Payment: We accept: Visa, Master Card The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is NOT a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges. EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE MOST ACCURATE INFORMATION POSSIBLE.
